The VooDoo ZipLine at the Rio
This zipline will put you close to 500 feet in the air and send you zipping across the Rio’s two towers at a speed of 33 MPH. The thrilling activity is open from noon-midnight and all guests must be 21 or over after 7:30 p.m. The ride begins at the higher tower and descends rapidly to the Rio’s smaller tower. The ride is deceptively simple in concept but unsurprisingly secure and safe. You’ll be sure to have the time of your life.
The Highroller at the Linq
If you like being high in the sky but don’t want to necessarily soar like an eagle, the Highroller at the Linq may be for you. The world’s tallest Ferris wheel or observation wheel is located right here in the city of entertainment. Perfect for group events, each pod holds about 40 people with the exception of the pods that come equipped with their own bar and bartender. Be prepared to spend a bit of time observing the city because each ride lasts about 30 minutes.
Sky Jump at the Stratosphere
Adventure-seekers beware. This extreme thrill ride holds the Guinness World Record for the highest commercial decelerator descent at 829 feet. Giving you the feel of being a seasoned skydiver, Sky Jump provides a safe alternative at a much shorter distance to the ground. You’ll be sure to get an adrenaline rush, especially when you look down to the strip below. This is a ride for serious thrill-seekers and is perfect for private events. Be warned, though, certain weight, height and age restrictions apply.
