The president of Las Vegas DM, Larry Ladd has over 30 years of experience in the entertainment & live event industry as Musician / Musical Director / Producer traveling to some of the most exotic locales and top showrooms in the world. He also has over 20 years experience as an entertainment agent, booking everything from celebrity headliners all the way down to dazzling showgirls! Residing in Las Vegas for over 20 years, Larry has a great working knowledge of all things entertainment! It doesn’t stop there, as a founding partner in one of the towns top event production companies, By Dzign, Larry has a keen sense of the entire event from entertainment to A/V to decor to props, linen and even floral! Larry’s level of experience, service and integrity in the Las Vegas market is second to none!
DORIE BEACHAM, CMP
As the VP of Sales, Dorie has worked in the hospitality industry at properties such as Mandalay Bay, Wynn Resort, & the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, as well as the sales side of the DMC business. She earned her CMP designation in 2008. With over 23 years’ experience in the Las Vegas market, selling and operating events for clients, her knowledge of all things Vegas is amazing! She can walk you through team building programs & entertainment concepts as well as design fabulous events and suggest all the right activities for your group while in Las Vegas. The best sales person is someone who understands and has worked the operational end, and Dorie has done it all!
Las Vegas DM welcomes Tina Anaya to the team! As our Executive Director of Sales, Tina has over 20 years of experience planning and overseeing professional corporate meetings & events, regional & national conferences, annual award programs, and social networking events. She is highly organized and detail-oriented with an exceptional ability to multi-task and oversee her client events from initial planning to successful implementation. Tina’s level of excellence comes from being on the convention services team of a billion dollar five star resort, Wynn Las Vegas since their opening in April of 2005 where she handled large and small high profile groups from all over the world. Known for maintaining positivity, passion and professionalism throughout every stage of the event-planning process. Tina has a demonstrated ability to make every event shine, no matter what the budget may be. Las Vegas DM is proud to have Tina aboard, and we look forward to a long and prosperous relationship!
