Exploring the Las Vegas Strip During the Day

During the night, the Las Vegas Strip shines bright with neon signs illuminating the plethora of clubs, bars and casinos that offer a fun night out for adults from all over the world. The Las Vegas Strip is so much more than just the activities at night. During the day you can venture out on the Strip and experience the shopping and sights in a new perspective.

Things to do During the Day

Pools/Dayclubs

The clubs in Las Vegas are not limited to the hours during the night. Each hotel on the Strip offers large, luxurious pools to enjoy and soak up the warm sun. Hang out in the wave pool at Mandalay Bay or lounge out on the lazy river located inside of the MGM Grand. If you are looking to do a little more than just getting your tan on, many of the pools offer dayclubs that are 21 and over. Here you will be able to enjoy all the rocking music of nightclubs while at the same time, cool off in the pools with a delicious cocktail.

Stratosphere Observation Deck

The Stratosphere Observation Deck is a popular spot at night for one to look over the Strip and the Valley and wonder in all the lights and structures. During the day, however, you will be able to get the same view, but from a completely different perspective. Instead of the bright lights, you will see at night, you will get a look at just how vast the Las Vegas valley expands and the large mountain ranges that surround the cities.

Explore the Linq

At night, the Linq is lit with bars, restaurants and of course the Hi-Roller Observation Wheel. During the day you can still enjoy all these great amenities and more. Take a ride on the Hi-Roller at a discounted rate and enjoy the shops in the Linq, which close down at night. The bars and restaurants in the area offer exceptional happy hour menus to get your snacking and drink on.

Lunchtime Buffets

Almost all hotels on the Strip have buffets, with the most notable ones inside of the Aria, Bellagio and The Wynn. The buffets can be pricey, especially for dinner, but during the lunch buffets, you will still be able to enjoy delicious foods for a fraction of the price. If you head to the buffets during the off-peak hours, many of the hotels discount their buffet prices by up to $20.
